Join the Primary Care team at Memorial Hospital in beautiful North Conway, New Hampshire, as a full-time, 40-hour day shift Registered Nurse and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to our community.
As a Primary Care RN, you’ll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other members of the care team to support patients across all stages of life. You’ll perform patient assessments, provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures, coordinate care, provide patient and family education, and help patients manage acute and chronic health conditions.

For a limited time, Maine Health is offering up to $10,000 Sign‑on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0‑2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
The MH Registered Nurse
- Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
MH RN I:
This level represents the beginner in their clinical role. This care team member has less than 12 months experience and is primarily developing the required knowledge and skills to work within their setting. Level I must achieve all performance expectations, by completion of facility and unit orientation, and satisfactorily completing the introductory period.
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. - Experience:
New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.
