Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Educator
Location: North Conway

- Clinical Educator

The Registered Nurse
- Clinical Educator role is responsible for the implementation of clinical and non-clinical education in the hospital. Develops, coordinates, and implements continuing education and in-service education for all clinical departments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/BSN required. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    Demonstrated clinical expertise in direct patient care as normally acquired through a minimum of two years clinical experience and meets all the care delivery expectations of the expert clinical nurse within their clinical setting required. Experience in classroom instruction and/or clinical teaching associated with specialty specific setting preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
    Knowledge of educational development and design preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $40.06 to $54.20 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
