Weekend RN supervisor Woodlawn Care Center

Position: Weekend RN Supervisor
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (Day, Evening, or Night Shift Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Weekend Program

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Ensure high-quality resident/patient care

• Coordinate clinical operations and staffing

• Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents/patients, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
