We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mineral Springs, a 95-bed skilled nursing facility in North Conway, NH. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mineral Springs, you will be responsible for:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the medical team
- Assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care
