We’re hiring full-time and part-time LPNs , with an every-other-weekend requirement .

Competitive pay with additional earnings for eligible shifts

Your base pay reflects your years of nursing experience. Earn additional hourly pay through these shift differentials:

2nd shift +$2.00/hour +$3.00/hour

3rd shift +$2.00/hour +$3.50/hour

As an LPN at Warde, you’ll bring both clinical expertise and a personal touch to resident care. You will:

• Provide individualized nursing care that supports residents’ medical needs, comfort, and dignity.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans in collaboration with supervisors and attending physicians.
• Guide and support LNAs and LMNAs on your assigned unit.
• Deliver care in accordance with Catholic Charities NH policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations.

Requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• A current LPN license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to working together to provide quality care.
