- Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
- Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00

Shifts:
- Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M
- Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M
- Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00
A.M - Per Diem Weekends
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility standards.
- Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
