Home Health & Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our field team in Merrimack, NH. You will perform initial home health assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes across the Greater Londonderry/Manchester area, with secondary focus on Windham, Salem and Pelham.
Qualified applicants have an RN license in NH, an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), and at least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
