Available Shift(s):
Full-time: 7AM – 3PM, every other weekend required Full-Time: 11PM – 7AM Part-time: 3PM – 11PM Compensation: $22 - $28, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Sign On Bonus:
Full-Time $3,500 | Part-time $1,750 Position Status:
Non-Exempt

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You’ll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.

  • Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.

  • Accurately document medication administration.

  • Follow written and verbal medication management instructions.

  • Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.

  • Maintain safe and secure medication storage.

  • Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.

  • Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.

  • Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Current nursing assistant certification.

  • Current Medication Aide certification.

  • CPR certification.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.

  • Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
