Available Shift(s): Full-Time: 7AM – 3PM, every other weekend is required Full-Time: 11PM – 7AM Part-time: 3PM- 11PM Compensation:$44 - $49, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Sign On Bonus: Full-time $5,000 | Part-time $2,500 Position Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role

We're looking for an RN who brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, and compassion to resident care. You'll provide direct nursing services while helping lead the nursing team and coordinate care with residents, families, providers, and other disciplines.

This position combines hands‑on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, giving you an opportunity to directly influence both resident outcomes and the strength of the team around you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care and direct the daily activities of assigned nursing personnel.
  • Assess resident conditions and communicate significant changes to physicians and family representatives.
  • Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
  • Perform wound care, treatments, IV administration, tube feedings, and other nursing procedures within scope.
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
  • Support nursing‑team performance, development, and accountability.
  • Participate in QAPI, infection‑control, and survey‑readiness activities.
  • Respond to resident incidents and participate in investigations when required.
  • Promote teamwork, respect, communication, and resident rights.
What We're Looking For
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong leadership, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior long‑term care experience preferred.
