Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist - Per Diem

Maine Health Memorial Hospitalisseeking aPhysician Associate (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-C) to join the Hospitalist teamto work Per Diemat Memorial Hospital,a critical access hospital located in North Conway, NH.Practitioners are responsible for admissions, daily rounding, acute visits and discharges of patients as well as ordering and interpreting laboratory data.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education.
• Current Board Certification as a PA/NP.
• Active State of NH PA/NP license or eligible.
• Current BCLS & ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitalist or critical care experience preferred.

• Collaborative, team approach to patient care.
• Well-appointed 25-bed critical access hospital; a member of the largest health system in Northern New England.
• Fully integrated Epic EMR.
• Per Diem, day shift schedule.

Pay Rate
-internal candidates who currently hold a full-time or part-time role at Maine Health, the pay rate is 120% of their current hourly rate and may be eligible for shift differentials. For external candidates or candidates who only hold per diem roles at Maine Health, the pay rate is $80.00 per hour and may be eligible for shift differentials.
