Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews
  • Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Document findings, maintain quality records, and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards
  • Assist with training staff on quality standards and best practices
Qualifications
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
  • Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance inspections
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools
