Help Shape the Quality Behind Products Trusted Worldwide

At Madge Tech, quality isn't just a department, it's the foundation of everything we do. For more than 30 years, we've designed and manufactured data loggers that help customers around the world monitor critical environments in industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food processing, manufacturing, aerospace, and scientific research. Our products are trusted in more than 100 countries because our customers know they can rely on their accuracy, performance, and quality.

We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System while partnering with teams across the organization to ensure every product we manufacture meets the highest standards. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative manufacturing environment where your ideas are valued and continuous improvement is encouraged.

What You'll Do

As Quality Manager, you'll serve as the leader of Madge Tech's Quality Management System and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Calibration, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to maintain compliance while driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Quality Management Systems
  • Serve as Management Representative for ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.
  • Lead Madge Tech's AS9100 implementation and certification initiative, including developing processes, documentation, and cross-functional readiness to achieve certification.
  • Maintain and continually improve Madge Tech's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal, external, surveillance, and certification audits.
  • Coordinate audit preparation and follow-up activities.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop and implement process improvements that strengthen product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze quality metrics and recommend improvements based on data.
Product & Process Quality
  • Establish and maintain product quality standards and inspection processes.
  • Develop quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Validate manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product development and manufacturing improvements.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues while driving effective resolutions.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with leaders across departments to foster a culture of quality.
  • Provide guidance and training on quality policies and procedures.
  • Support employees in understanding quality expectations and best practices.
  • Communicate quality objectives, audit results, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain quality records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports related to audits, quality metrics, corrective actions, validations, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Experience leading internal and external audits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or other quality certifications
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with electronic manufacturing or precision instrumentation
  • Experience implementing quality system improvements
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Enjoys solving complex problems
  • Leads through collaboration and influence
  • Is naturally organized and detail-oriented
  • Takes pride in building systems that work
  • Is comfortable balancing day-to-day priorities with long-term improvement projects
  • Believes quality is everyone's responsibility—not just the quality department
Why Madge Tech?

At Madge Tech, you'll join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Calibration, and Customer Service to make a visible impact on the products our customers depend on every day. Rather than simply maintaining an existing quality system, you'll help shape its future—driving improvements that support our employees, our customers, and our continued growth.
