Job Details Description

Maintain and manage the calibration database for all tools, gauges, and equipment. Ensure all calibration records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready. Track and manage calibration schedules to ensure all equipment remains within required calibration intervals. Coordinate internal and external calibration activities with vendors and internal teams. Generate and review calibration reports, certifications, and related documentation. Identify and follow up on overdue or missing calibration items.

Assist in investigating and documenting calibration discrepancies or nonconformances. Support internal and external audits by providing calibration records and documentation. Communicate with departments to ensure timely submission and return of equipment for calibration. Maintain organized records and filing systems (electronic and/or physical).

Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills (experience with databases or ERP systems preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with calibration processes or quality systems is preferred but not required
