We are seeking an EHS Technician to support Environmental, Health & Safety activities across our site. In this role, you will conduct EHS inspections, maintain safety and compliance documentation, support administrative activities, and partner with site personnel to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Your mission is to help ensure site operations meet applicable EHS requirements by identifying potential hazards, supporting corrective actions, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with employees and leadership to strengthen our safety culture.

Candidates must be able to work onsite at the Durham, NH facility. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
- Perform EHS inspections and site walkthroughs under the direction of the EHS Manager to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and compliance concerns.
- Support the EHS Manager in implementing and maintaining site Environmental, Health & Safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Document inspection findings and support the tracking and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, files, reports, inspection documentation, and other required compliance records.
- Perform administrative activities related to EHS programs, including document organization, filing, data entry, and record retention.
- Partner with site personnel to promote compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist with monitoring workplace conditions and identifying opportunities to improve employee health and safety.
- Support EHS audits, inspections, and compliance activities by gathering documentation and maintaining organized records.
- Communicate EHS findings and requirements to employees, supervisors, and other site stakeholders as directed by the EHS Manager.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, and other functions to support a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities, including workplace inspections, safety compliance, documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective action tracking.
- Experience conducting workplace safety inspections or audits.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general workplace safety requirements.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or similar regulated environment.
- Experience with EHS documentation, recordkeeping, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to identify safety risks, prioritize concerns, and follow through on corrective actions.
