Job LocationHollis, NH – a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA, conveniently located near major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay Ultra Source has a 27,000‑sq. ft. manufacturing facility with approximately 80 employees working two shifts.
What You Will Be Doing- Use a CMM (coordinate measuring machine), calipers, and micrometers to confirm dimensional requirements of products based on customer‑supplied drawings.
- Update First Article reports with dimensional and other attribute data as required by customers in accordance with AS9102 Standard.
- Write and update CMM programs to perform dimensional verification for repeat part numbers.
- Read and interpret a wide variety of customer prints and specifications.
- Conduct wirebond, pull testing, and other customer‑required tests as part of product acceptance verification.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering personnel to drive root cause analysis and corrective action for work orders with high dimensional rejection rates.
- Provide backup support for quality assurance team members, including first article template creation, source inspection, and PO reviews.
- Experience using calibrated measuring instruments ranging from hand tools to optical measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret a wide variety of customer prints and specifications.
- Previous experience understanding and implementing GD&T principles.
- Detail‑oriented data collection and reporting.
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
- Experience writing programs in VB/QVE (preferred).
- Experience with DISCUS, NETINPECT, or similar software (preferred).
- Previous work experience within a cleanroom (preferred).
$25/hr+.
