Your qualifications for the Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor position are:

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience3-5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with ISO 9000, AS9100, or similar quality management systems preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and computer-based recordkeeping

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

For the Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Lead and support the Quality Control team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals

Coordinate daily department activities to ensure products meet customer requirements and delivery schedules

Maintain quality records, documentation, and compliance standards

Partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements

Conduct internal audits, review processes, investigate findings, and implement corrective actions

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while promoting continuous improvement initiatives

Support quality management system compliance and workplace safety programs
