Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor
Our client, a respected manufacturing company in the Hinsdale, NH area, is seeking a Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor to join their team. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to lead quality initiatives, oversee compliance programs, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO 9000, AS9100, or similar quality management systems preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and computer-based recordkeeping
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually
- Full-time schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm - Health, dental, and vision insurance

- Lead and support the Quality Control team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Coordinate daily department activities to ensure products meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Maintain quality records, documentation, and compliance standards
- Partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements
- Conduct internal audits, review processes, investigate findings, and implement corrective actions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while promoting continuous improvement initiatives
- Support quality management system compliance and workplace safety programs
