Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor

Our client, a respected manufacturing company in the Hinsdale, NH area, is seeking a Quality Control Manager / Internal Auditor to join their team. Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ISO 9000, AS9100, or similar quality management systems preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and computer-based recordkeeping
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Quality Control team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Coordinate daily department activities to ensure products meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
  • Maintain quality records, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements
  • Conduct internal audits, review processes, investigate findings, and implement corrective actions
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while promoting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support quality management system compliance and workplace safety programs
