The University of New Hampshire seeks a seasonal Research Assistant to support the Cucurbit Breeding Program in Durham, NH, assisting in fruit harvest and processing. Training will be provided to perform all required tasks.
Responsibilities include weeding, training plants, pollination assistance, cutting and processing fruit, cleaning seed, and collecting data on fruit weight, flesh color, and dry matter using various apps and instruments. This is an on-site, sponsor-funded position.
