We are seeking friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional professional, yet friendly service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Both breakfast and dinner shifts are available, with the option to work lunch shifts.
Responsibilities- Perform restaurant setup and prep work prior to shift
- Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
- Clear tables, reset for next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Setup and maintain buffets when necessary
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Assist with special requests, dietary restrictions, and provide menu recommendations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even during busy times
- Prepare the dining area for the next shift by restocking supplies and cleaning stations
- Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Breakfast shifts require early mornings and weekends
- Dinner shifts require late nights and weekends
- Ability to work occasional lunch shifts a huge plus
- Preference to those who are able to work on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Easter, and New Year s Eve and Day and school vacation weeks
