Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum is the face of the company, promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers. The role enhances the customer experience and fosters a culture of exceptional customer care at every store location.

• This role requires a flexible schedule, regular attendance, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for prolonged periods of standing. Adherence to Spectrum's dress code and operating in a moderately noisy retail environment is also required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices, video platforms, and computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks, and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
