• Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Infuse coaching moments around our Customer Connection selling behaviors.
• Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era: Take accountability for personal goals and their impact on the store’s performance. Drive sales with purpose and determination.
• Ace Retail Operations: Know the store’s ins and outs, manage opening/closing, pricing, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Connect the Dots: Maintain high standards, follow company policies, and utilize partner resources efficiently.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our culture and deliver consistently top‑notch customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in retail practices and procedures.
• Experience motivating team members to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate store manager directions.
• Skill in mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Knowledge of flexibility in schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player who encourages associates and achieves goals.
• Strong communication of the manager’s game plan.
• Mentoring and training skills for associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
