• Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items
• Pricing items and placing them on the sales floor
• Prioritize safety and follow agency safety policies
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals

• Basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of a criminal background check that meets agency standards

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work
• Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing
