Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;

Develop strategies to improve CLUB metrics and compliance; review CLUB reporting daily;
Recruit and retain CLUB Outfitters and lead talent development;
Manage CLUB payments and inventory procedures; lead the CLUB instant issuance process
