• Sales Leadership:
  Achieve store sales projections and quotas by leading from the front and maximizing the potential of your sales team.
• KPI Management:
  Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver the best possible guest experience.
• Profit Margin Management:
  Control discounting, expenses, and payroll to maintain the store’s profitability and manage an efficient repair department.
• Team Recruitment & Development:
  Recruit, select, and develop sales associates, providing daily coaching and conducting regular training to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Performance Evaluation:
  Evaluate team performance, track progress, and provide guidance to ensure associates meet sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
  Maintain proper ticketing, display, and cleanliness of merchandise while ensuring the store follows visual merchandising guidelines.
• Guest Service Excellence:
  Ensure the highest level of guest service is consistently provided, from the sales floor to after-sales follow-up.
• Professional Work Environment:
  Foster a positive, professional atmosphere where associates feel motivated and empowered.
• Store Operations:
  Oversee store maintenance, work schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures.

• Proven track record in retail management, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs while managing profitability and store operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with both guests and team members.
• Experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
