Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;
Coach and train store leadership, peers, and outfitters on CLUB processes and promotions;
Lead CLUB 101 onboarding training for new Outfitters;
Recruit and retain CLUB Outfitters and foster a positive outfitter-centric culture;
Analyze CLUB metrics and implement corrective action plans to improve performance and compliance
