About the Role
Our Pembroke location is searching for a member to work at our Front Counter / Lumber Desk. This full‑time position will help customers with product selection, prepare quotes, orders, invoices, special orders, purchase orders, coordinate deliveries and returns, and provide excellent customer service. Weekend hours are required on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities- Prepare quotes, orders, invoices, special orders, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and returns.
- Serve as a resource for customers, aiding selections and building confidence using product knowledge and customer service.
- Work a rotating schedule of weekend hours.
