• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
• Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess security needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Present, promote, and sell security products and services to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products.

• Proven experience in sales (security industry or related field preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
