Experience Center Ambassador and Inside Sales

Pembroke, NH | In-person

Soake Pools is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to support our national sales efforts at our Pembroke, NH Experience Center. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, inside sales, and operations. You will be the face of Soake Pools for visiting clients and partners while also supporting inbound sales activity from across the U.S. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment are essential.

What

you will do
  • Welcome clients and partners to the Experience Center and lead guided tours of the outdoor showroom and production facility
  • Coordinate and manage Experience Center visits, including scheduling, travel details, agendas, and internal team alignment
  • Work closely with Territory Managers and technical support to design and deliver customized, high-impact client and partner experiences
  • Support national sales efforts by qualifying inbound leads, answering calls and emails, and connecting prospects with the appropriate Territory Manager
  • Draft individualized sales agreements on site and procure signatures to close deals
  • Prepare and send customer engagement materials including custom binders, welcome packages, and gift boxes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners who support the Experience Center, including Soake & Stay partners, equipment providers, and showroom vendors
  • Track and report KPIs related to Experience Center usage, visitor data, and sales performance tied to visits
What we are looking for
  • Customer-first mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor showroom environment and production setting
  • Ability to occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Comfort handling multiple priorities and coordinating across teams
  • Hub Spot CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong computer proficiency required
