We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑centric professional with a goal‑driven mindset as a Member Engagement Consultant in our Manchester, NH office for our Saving4
Members division. The role focuses on growing vendor program participation, re‑engaging members after events, supporting outreach initiatives, and providing exceptional service to improve member business efficiency and profitability.
In addition to great benefits and a collaborative team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with the opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in‑office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as a key resource between vendors, members, and organization partners to drive participation and revenue results against division goals. Support division objectives by working on partner organization launches, relaunch initiatives, and vendor‑specific call campaigns that enhance our overall communication strategy and drive high‑impact, measurable results.
- Leverage relationships with participating Savings4
Members organizations to assist with educating and training member companies on program offerings, helping them to run their business more effectively and profitably. - Serve as a vendor liaison by resolving member issues and collaborating to enhance the lead and sales processes.
- Represent Savings4
Members at trade shows and group conferences to enhance program visibility and drive partnership value. Reconnect with members post‑conference to collect feedback, track results, and coordinate next steps with internal teams to effectively drive participation. - Support webinar planning, preparation, and execution. Conduct timely follow‑up with participants to provide additional resources, address inquiries, and encourage program participation.
- Maintain accurate member and vendor records across the entirety of the CRM system. Utilize CRM notes and data to manage pipelines, drive conversions, and influence best‑practice review.
- 3‑5 years of related work experience preferably in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, or a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience demonstrating strong communications, writing, and sales skills with a track record of high call volume, inbound or outbound, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Ability to learn and absorb quickly, as well as prioritize and respond quickly.
- Excellent personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
