Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Territory Marketer to join our canvassing team. You will prospect in neighborhoods independently and drive results. Whether you’ve worked for the Military, Solar, Retail Services, Fast Food, or are just looking for a change of pace, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
  • Represent the company professionally while engaging with homeowners and community members in assigned territories.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through respectful communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Partner with leadership to execute territory marketing plans and maintain regular communication on business priorities.
  • Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
  • Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
  • Conduct daily canvassing activities within assigned territories, averaging a minimum of six hours in the field.
  • Participate in monthly team canvassing efforts and ongoing collaboration with fellow marketers.
  • Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
  • Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
  • Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
  • Positive, professional attitude with the ability to build relationships and represent the brand professionally.
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to accept feedback, apply coaching, and continuously improve performance.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable attendance and a demonstrated commitment to dependability.
  • Ability to follow established processes and marketing methodologies consistently.
  • Sales driven mentality.
  • Ability to walk, stand, carry up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions; required.
  • Valid US Driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
