Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and helping businesses succeed? We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop an established North Shore Boston territory. In this field-based sales role, you will work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, operators, and food service decision-makers to provide solutions that help their businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do- Grow sales and profitability within an assigned North Shore Boston territory.
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Meet with restaurant operators, chefs, hospitality leaders, healthcare facilities, and other food service customers to understand their business needs.
- Introduce food service products, menu solutions, and value-added programs that help customers improve profitability.
- Execute territory sales plans and consistently achieve sales and margin goals.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation through onboarding and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.

This is a field-based sales position serving customers throughout the White Mountain, NH market. Most of your time will be spent visiting customers, developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting existing accounts within the territory. Travel is primarily local with limited overnight travel required.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence customer decisions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.
