General Manager​/Sales Leader

We are currently looking to add a General Manager/Sales Leader to our dealership in Weare, NH. Big Boy’s Toys is a family-owned company with locations in CT and NH.We have over 25 years of experience selling to consumers, commercial landscapers, farms, and construction companies. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the community, our customers and being a reliable source of quality equipment as well as parts and service after the sale.

As a General Manager you wouldbe responsible for working to improve the processes in our service and parts departments as well as general management of customer relationships and the internal team. Sales responsibilities would be developing leads,following-upand closing sales while providing the customer witha great experience.

This position would include a base salary with the opportunity for commissions.

Training and support from ownership available for motivated candidates that may not have general management experience. This is an existing location with a competent team and plans moving forward for facility expansion.
