Sales Tour Guide

What you’ll do:

Sell face‑to‑face to customers brought in by our Marketing Department. You will not perform cold calling or incur out‑of‑pocket expenses.

Commission and bonus structure are uncapped with opportunities for six‑figure annual income. Weekly paychecks and monthly bonuses are available. The hourly rate for this role is $19.18.

All new sales professionals complete a respected training module and receive ongoing training at each location to ensure long‑term success.

Strong sales passion, self‑discipline, listening skills, mastery of the sales process, and focus on individual and team goals.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a CA Real Estate License or be able to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
