The Sales Associate at Golf & Ski Warehouse is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

• Maintain awareness of all golf and ski product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and apply knowledge of equipment features and benefits to make recommendations.
• Educate customers on our products and help them compare differences to make an informed decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide valuable data during the in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock when needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for avid golf or ski enthusiasts; industry experience is not required.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store, including bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 lbs.), carrying, walking, and reaching frequently.
• Have a working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including one day on the weekend.
