Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries from luxury residential clients to propose tailored maintenance packages and property upgrades.
  • Evaluate existing landscape conditions, focusing on elements like drainage improvements, to generate new upsell opportunities.
  • Build precise, detailed estimates using specialized industry software without taking on full design-build responsibilities.
  • Deliver highly polished, professional presentations to second- and third-home owners in the region.
  • Hand off secured contracts to the Account Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality ongoing service.
  • Leverage AI tools and estimating systems to streamline daily operations and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
  • Deep background in horticulture, encompassing advanced identification of regional trees, shrubs, and plants.

  • Mandatory proficiency in landscape business management platforms, specifically LMN or Aspire.
  • Polished communication skills and an outgoing personality suited for interacting with high-net-worth individuals.
  • A collaborative, "people-ready" attitude capable of thriving in a laid-back yet fast-paced, social team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to local client properties using shared company vehicles.
  • Base salary starting at $70,000, with room for negotiation.
  • Lucrative annual incentive program offering up to 25% of gross pay based on individual and company success metrics.
  • Comprehensive insurance package covering health, dental, vision, and group life.
  • 401(k) retirement plan featuring an employer match program.
  • Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
  • Favorable winter schedule from January to March, featuring reduced hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and half-day Fridays.
