The role involves analyzing microbial communities and biogeochemical properties of soil samples, under supervision of lab managers and staff, for 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities include DNA extraction, PCR amplification, enzyme assays, and routine lab maintenance, inventory updates, and proper hazardous waste disposal.
