Lead Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Shift Lead Officer – Manchester, NH

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule (40 total hours per week):

• Thursdays, Sundays, and Mondays 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Fridays and Saturdays 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service and information to client employees and customers.

• At least 18 years old
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Quick judgment and ability to safely de‑escalate situations
• Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Experience in customer service roles preferred
• Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) – employer will assist.
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Willingness to be outside in all weather conditions for patrolling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable operating company vehicle during mobile patrols
