Retail Security Shift Lead Officer - Manchester, NH

Securitas is hiring immediately for a full-time Security Shift Lead Officer for all shifts to keep our clients site safe in Manchester, NH!

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule (40 total hours per week):

Thursdays, Sundays, and Mondays 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Fridays and Saturdays 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Security experience required. Growth opportunity available. Must be able to work weekends!

Requirements:

At least 18 years old

Strong customer service skills and professionalism

Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations

Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role

Experience in supervisory roles preferred

Experience in customer service roles preferred

Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) - we will assist you in applying for this upon accepting an offer of employment!

Walking/standing for long periods of time

Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols
