Job OverviewSecurity and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor for the Charlestown community. Lead by example in overseeing the safety and security of our residents and staff, enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide leadership, training, and support to the team.
What You Will Do- Perform regular patrols of the property, staffing the gatehouse, and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
- Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
- Complete daily shift reports and incident reports (medical response, theft, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, rule violations).
- Screen visitors, vendors, and others at the gatehouse.
- Assist in training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
- Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct & indirect reports.
- Monitor the team throughout the day and reinforce safety practices.
- Minimum age 18.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
