FLEX Security Officer

Securitas is currently hiring a FLEX Security Officer to support multiple professional client sites along the NH Seacoast. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working at different locations and on different shifts based on business needs. This role is best suited for someone who has strong availability, can adjust to changing schedules, and is comfortable learning different post orders and site expectations.

Previous security experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, stays alert throughout the shift, communicates professionally, follows procedures, documents activity accurately, and takes pride in helping maintain a safe and secure environment.

Hours: May vary based on site needs

Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

This position may include day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts. FLEX Officers may be assigned to different client sites throughout the NH Seacoast area depending on operational needs.

Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle access to client sites. Verify credentials, check identification, maintain visitor logs, and ensure proper entry procedures are followed.

Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas, which may include entrances, gates, parking areas, offices, manufacturing areas, warehouses, exterior areas, and other parts of the property.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, drivers, and site personnel. Assist with directing authorized individuals and reporting unusual activity.

Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems as required. Respond to alerts according to site procedures and elevate concerns when needed.

Respond to alarms, emergencies, safety concerns, access issues, and other incidents in a calm and professional manner. Communicate clearly with site personnel, emergency responders, and Securitas management when appropriate.

Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, access records, and other required documentation. Attention to detail is important in this role.

Follow site‑specific post orders, emergency procedures, safety policies, and client expectations. FLEX Officers must be comfortable learning and following different procedures at different locations.

Represent Securitas and each client site with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence. Officers are often the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, drivers, and employees.

This position may be a strong fit for candidates with experience in security, customer service, military, law enforcement, corrections, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, dispatch, retail, or other roles requiring reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
