Security Officer @ SIG Sauer - Newington, NH

We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Security Officers to fill these roles. The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success.

1st/2nd Shift, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm, 40 hrs/week

1st Shift, Monday 6:30am - 3:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm, 39.5 hrs/week

1st Shift, Monday 5:00am - 1:00pm, Tuesday 6:30am - 3:30pm, Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm, 37 hrs/week

3rd Shift, Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am, Saturday 7:00pm - 7:00am, 20 hrs/week

1st Shift - $21.00 /hr

2nd Shift - $22.00 /hr

3rd Shift - $23.00 /hr

• 1st Shift starts off at $21.00/hr, after 6 months of employment with Securitas at SIG Sauer, automatically bumped up to $22.00/hr.

• 18 Years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus!!
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift – During various weather conditions.
• Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication.
