• Pay:
  Competitive $25-32 hourly wage based on experience (plus overtime pay)

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (full-time, year-round)

• You’ll get hands-on with real work that makes a difference in our customers' lives

You'll be serving customers across Andover, NH, and surrounding areas, covering a 20-mile radius from our home base. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, from full system installs to routine service calls, all while working alongside a team that values quality and professionalism.

• Perform HVAC installs and service calls

• Diagnose, repair, and replace components in heating and cooling systems

• Handle both routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting

• Work with gas lines, electrical components, and refrigerant systems

• Follow safety protocols (OSHA 10 certified work environment)

• Keep company tools and vehicles in top shape

• Collaborate with your crew, teamwork is how we win

Hiring Expectations:

• 1 - 2 years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid EPA Certification

• OSHA 10 Certification

• Gas Fitting License

• Apprentice License (state of NH)

• Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and construction environments

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong team player with a reliable work ethic

• Willing to operate company vehicle and maintain provided tools
