Join the Heritage Home Service team as a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician at our Auburn, NH location

Important:
This is not an apprentice or entry-level position. Applicants must meet the prior residential experience and gas licensing requirements listed below to be considered.
What You'll Do:
* Perform detailed maintenance in residential properties throughout the southern NH area
* Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
* Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members
What You'll Bring:
* EPA Certification (Preferred, not necessary)
* Active Gas Fitter license in New Hampshire, or Trainee Card with time almost completed
* Oil experience is a plus!
* Proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
* Must be age 21, or older
* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Willingness to work flexible hours
* Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
