$32.00 - $40.00. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Licensed Electrician will ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards.
Responsibilities- Installation:
Install electrical systems and components in accordance with specifications and codes. - Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and efficiency. - Repairs:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly and effectively. - System Upgrades:
Recommend and implement upgrades for improved performance and energy efficiency. - Emergency Services:
Respond to emergency calls to mitigate hazards and restore functionality. - Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits. - Blueprints and Schematics:
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts. - Customer Service:
Communicate clearly with clients, addressing questions and concerns. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment manuals. - Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers for successful project completion. - Non Electrical job duties assigned as needed. (snow removal, plowing, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.
- Valid electrician license as required by the state.
- Proven experience as a licensed electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability for tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
