• Assist carpenters with framing, finish work, and general construction tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the job site
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support project crews with daily construction activities
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies

• Construction, laborer, or carpentry experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus (training available)
