The pay rate for this job is $21 – $21 / hour*
What you’ll be doing as a Carpentry Helper:- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other construction materials
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and protective barriers
- Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Hold materials in place during installation and assembly
- Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly
- Follow construction plans, instructions, and safety procedures
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, flooring, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or lead carpenters

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job Requirements:- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
- Previous construction or carpentry experience
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
