Building Maintenance

Location: Waterville Valley

Job Overview Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time, year-round building maintenance technician for our lodging and Town Square properties. Work schedule is Monday-Wednesday evenings, with the option of one additional day.

Responsibilities include:

Ability to perform light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, landscaping and/or other skilled and semi-skilled trade functions

Routine custodial tasks are performed daily

Maintenance, repair and construction over buildings and grounds

Must be first and foremost safety-conscience for guests and staff

Must be willing and able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees

Accepting diverse assignments

Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

This is a physically demanding job, and the individual must be capable of heavy lifting, physical dexterity, working in confined spaces. Job duties are performed in and outdoors in variable weather conditions. Waterville Valley Resort is an “at-will” equal opportunity employer.
