Northeast Air Sealing (NAS) is hiring Insulation Assistants to join our crew! Were a leader in the energy efficiency industry, and were looking for motivated, reliable individuals no experience required.

What You'll Be DoingAssist with the installation of insulation (batts, spray foam, and blown-in) in attics, basements, and walls
Support crew leads with job site setup, preparation, and clean-up
Learn how to safely use tools and equipment
Communicate with team members and follow all safety procedures
Represent NAS professionally at customer homes and job sites
What Were Looking ForA strong work ethic and willingness to learn no insulation experience needed
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, basements)
Valid drivers license or reliable transportation
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Good communication and time management skills
Nice to Have (But Not Required)Don't have these? No problem well help you earn them:
