The Scion Group LLC seeks a Facilities Technician II at The Lodges at West Edge in Durham, NH. This role handles maintenance requests, preventive tasks, apartment turnovers, and supply coordination to ensure safety and functionality of the property for residents.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA 608, and a CPO certification or plan to obtain it. A valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site are required.
