Full Job Description Experienced Craftsman Carpenter – Lakes Region, Ossipee NH - At Clason Remodeling Company () , we pride ourselves on transforming spaces with quality craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence. We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Remodeling Craftsman to join our team to contribute to our tradition of high standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do- Remodeling and Building Projects:
Perform all aspects of remodeling work, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry. - Custom Work:
Execute custom designs and modifications based on project specifications and client requests. - Precision and Quality:
Ensure all work is completed to exact specifications, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. - Problem Solving:
Identify and address challenges that arise during the remodeling process, offering practical and creative solutions. - Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, designers, and other craftsmen to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. - Training and Mentoring:
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or commercial remodeling. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, tiling, flooring, cabinetry installation, and finish work. - Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship. - Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions during the remodeling process. - Communication:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Mentorship:
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop less experienced craftsmen. - Physical Stamina:
Capable of lifting heavy materials, working in various conditions, and standing for long periods - Dependability:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. - Transportation: A valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle with ability to travel to job site
